When Language Gets in the Way, Cases Stall and Patients Suffer
A missed word in a deposition can change a case. A misunderstood instruction in an exam room can change an outcome. A translated document with one wrong term can get rejected by a court or an insurer.
You are not looking for someone who speaks two languages. You are looking for someone trained to work inside a legal proceeding or a clinical setting, who knows the terminology and knows the rules.
That is what we do. Every day. Nothing else.

Common Questions About Interpretation and Translation Services
Do you provide court certified interpreters?
Yes, we are court-certified Master interpreters.
What does "certified" actually mean for an interpreter?
It means a state court system tested them and put them on a registry. In North Carolina that is the Administrative Office of the Courts. In Virginia it is the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Every court interpreter we assign holds North Carolina certification at the Certified or Master Certified level, and is certified in Virginia through reciprocity. Our medical interpreters hold national certification through CCHI or NBCMI.
How fast can you send an interpreter?
We handle same-week bookings regularly and can often cover the next day. For emergencies, call (704) 207-6104 directly.
Do you work outside Greensboro?
Yes. We serve Charlotte, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, and much of North Carolina, plus Richmond, Lynchburg, and Roanoke in Virginia.
Can you interpret remotely?
Yes. Phone and video interpretation are available for depositions, hearings, and medical appointments.
What languages do you cover?
Spanish is our primary pair. We coordinate additional languages on request.
Why not use a bilingual family member or staff member?
Speaking a language is not the same as interpreting in a clinical or legal setting. We wrote about why this matters.
